BUILDING COMPONENTS

ROOF TRUSSES

Engineered wood roof trusses provide a wealth of benefits. Trusses are able to have longer spans than those traditional methods which provides fewer internal load-bearing walls.

Uniform design and manufacturing ensure a stronger roof and proven durability, unparalleled performance and a more uniform pitch that adds to the structural integrity of the building.

Traditional framing methods take much longer to build and trusses use wood efficiently which makes them more economically and environmentally viable.

Complex roofing designs are easier to accomplish when using engineered wood trusses and this gives the us more versatility.

FLOOR JOISTS

A floor’s framework is made up mostly of wooden joists that run parallel to one another at regular intervals. Floor joists are typically 2 by 8s, 2 by 10s, or 2 by 12s. Floor joists, spaced on regular intervals, span the areas between supports such as walls, foundations, girders, and beams.

Our floor joists are capable of controlling deflection and vibration while eliminating the twisting and bowing. Floor systems reduce the chances of squeaks while possibly eliminating the need for mid-bearing support beams. Open web systems allow for utilities to be routed through the floor instead of in bulkheads. Open web floor systems are ideal for any building project because they are custom designed and built for strength and durability.

WALL PANELS

Our wall panels are built off-site and arrive ready to install. This ensures increased productivity, reduced material waste, reduced cost and speedy installation. Each piece is carefully calculated and constructed by our experts at our controlled facility before transport to the job site. By arriving as a complete system less resources are required such as minimal waste, less workers needed and less time which all translates into cost savings for you. Using pre-built wall panels increase durability of structures and
